FAQs

    • Reading Deck: First draft delivered within one to two weeks. Most projects wrap up within three to four weeks depending on feedback and revision cycles.

    • Reading Deck + Meeting Deck: First draft of the Reading Deck delivered within one to two weeks, followed by the Meeting Deck. Most projects wrap up within four to five weeks depending on feedback and revision cycles.

    • Reading Deck + Meeting Deck + Sales Deck: First draft of the Reading Deck delivered within one to two weeks, with the Meeting Deck and Sales Deck to follow. Most projects wrap up within five to seven weeks depending on feedback and revision cycles.

    • Have a tight deadline? Reach out and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate. (rush fees may apply)

  • I prefer to use PowerPoint or Keynote. I’m not a fan of Google Slides due to its limited design abilities. But I’m open to it on a case-by-case basis.

  • Before our initial discovery meeting, I will need all of your pitch deck files (if available), your business plan, brand guidelines (if you don’t have any, we’ll make them) and any other relevant files you can send to help me get started.

    • All projects require an initial 50% deposit up front (of the total project cost) and the additional 50% is due within five business days of the project deadline

    • I do not offer payment plans, take equity as payment or offer refunds of the initial deposit once it’s paid

    • I take ACH, debit or credit payments (CC’s include a 2.9% + $0.30 Stripe processing fee)

    • If your company requires a formal PO or AP process, reach out and we can discuss

  • Yes, all meetings take place via Google Meet.

  • Yes, feel free to send one before we get started.

  • Generally my clients already have something they’ve written and just need help refining the content. But if we are starting from scratch, I’ll send you an outline to fill out and I’ll take it from there.

  • I do offer that, but the price is still the same. I’m a perfectionist, so I still offer the same meticulous detail and expertise for every project. (Clients often do need strategy once we get into the weeds anyway.)

  • I don't advise on valuation, funding targets, or financial projections — those decisions should be yours, or made with a financial advisor. I'm happy to refer you to someone if you need that support.
