My first job out of college was at Starbucks, where I helped open up a new store in Spanish Fort, Alabama. It was there that I realized how important it is to focus on customer experience. Following that, I went on to work for a hospitality consulting firm in Los Angeles, rebranded a chocolate factory in New York City and created pitch decks for Gap, Ann Taylor/LOFT & Equinox Sports Club.

Today’s modern culture values experience over things. The hospitality & retail industry have the power to retain customers if they make this a priority. My goal is to help clients do just that.
